Ingredients (4 servings)

1 cup quinoa.
3 or 4 cups water
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ lemon, zest + juice skin
Half avocado cut into pieces
Sea salt
toasted slivered almonds (optional)
fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

A recipe that cleanse your body, high protein and gluten free. A seed like quinoa with a good avocado will help you feel more than good. You will feel healthy and strong at the same time.
