Below we offer you a guide on how to proceed in case that you wish to request a refund or exchange a purchase.
Legal policy for discontinuing the purchase:
You will have a period of 14 calendar days following the reception of your purchase to start the refund or exchange process of the acquired product (except when the product is excluded from the right of withdrawal, please see at the bottom of page). Once you have reached out to us you will have another 14 calendar days to ensure we receive the product.
In the event that the refund or exchange procedure starts outside of the stipulated time limit, the item has been used or damaged or it does not contain the original packaging and accessories we would not accept the return of the product leaving you with no right to a refund or exchange. If you want these returned to you, you will have to cover the delivery cost.

All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging including tags and accessories, without a sign of usage. You can send the item to the address below.
Once the products have been returned to our stores and after checking them we will proceed with the refund following your payment method.
In case you consider that the item has an issue when delivered you should contact us immediately through our contact form providing us the product details and damage. Alternatively, you can call us to 0034 952382767 or E-mail us via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will tell you the steps to follow.
Refund or replacement will be done as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days following the reception the item. Amounts paid for those articles already returned for any fault or defect will be repaid in his total amount once verified, including delivery costs. Refund will be done whatever payment method you used at the purchase time. All rights are reserved from current legislation.
Moreover, the discontinuing right legally to the consumers and users during the 14 calendar days period from the delivery date of the order product can be able to change the size and colour of the items (subject to availability in stock) all products apart from those mentioned on next section. Maurice Boutique will proceed to send the same item in different size or colour, in charge of direct refundable costs and giving a new order to the buyer.
The following products are excluded from returns:
a) The supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.
b) The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
c) The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery (Underwear)
You have the right of contract repayment or refund (colour or size change) that will be applied exclusively to all those goods that will be returned in the same condition that corresponds. Please, return the item using or including the original wrapping. You should include all the instructions, documents and wrapping from the products. In any case you should send the good with the original label attached. You will not have any refund if the good is damaged, for that reason you should be careful with the product.
Once the products have been returned to our stores and after checking them you will have the refund procedure of your amount paid following your payment method. You may change the product for the same one but in different size or colour.
